Membership Questions
How soon does membership take effect?
Kid Memberships are activated upon completion of the sign up form. Parent and Community Memberships will be activated as soon as credit card verification is confirmed. You should receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the credit card transaction has gone through.
If the appropriate amount of time has passed and you are still not able to log in, please contact support@itsmylocker.com
I paid for my membership but it is not letting me access my profile.
If you have just made a payment, please log out and log back in to access your account and start editing it. If you still do not have access please notify support@itsmylocker.com
Account Management
Do I ever need to renew my membership?
Joining ItsMyLocker charges you a onetime fee of $2.89. Once you have joined the site, you never have to renew your membership.
Will I be charged a separate fee for each child of mine that joins IML?
Once we have verified the parent e-mail account for the first child that joins, all other children that join under that e-mail will not required a new verification. However, if you delete your account and would like to reactivate it, you will be recharged for verification.
